Don't Shoot the Messenger. Be Mad, Just Not at Me.

I’ve heard from a few people who reached out privately. Some shared their own stories. Stories I know all too well. Thank you for trusting me with them.

I acknowledge the anxiety this has stirred up for some. That wasn’t my intention, but I understand it. Digging into the past is uncomfortable. It pokes at things many would rather leave buried.

Breaking the trauma bond is tough, but necessary. Facing those painful truths is the only way forward. Trust me, it's so much better on the other side.

And to those who already knew the shape of this story, your quiet support means more than you know.

A special someone said this would piss people off. She’s not wrong. But if you really look at what happened, it should piss people off. Not because I’m talking but because of what was done.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, take a breath. You’re not alone. You have support.

I’m working on an essay now. Boy, do we got a lot to unpack. Don't worry, I've got snacks.

This is my personal account and reflection.
